I really want a fried chicken these days. I couldn't take it any more when I saw the ad banner of the food delivery service and there was a chance to get the discount for chiken. But, I had to pretend how much money  left in my pocket. At that time, my wife went out to living room and we watched the TV show, UQUIZ. Instead of the chicken, I needed something to replace for my hungry stomach. So I decided to make a kimchi-jeon. 

 

It's very easy to make a kimchi-jeon. Cut the kimchi very slightly, and mix with a flour and water. For the last step, put on the pan hotted with cooking oil. I think there's nothing to beat the kimchi-jeon with a cold beer. Regretfully, there was no beers in our freezer. But there was a bottle of port wine opened few weeks ago. 

 

Port wine isn't my style, but kimchi-jeon was best substitute for the chicken.

 

Anyway, I have eaten the fried chicken for dinner today. HAHAHA.
